Terms of Service

Welcome to TruthWall. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. TruthWall provides a service to collect, verify, and display customer testimonials (the "Service").

1. Stripe API Key Usage

You agree to provide a restricted, read-only Stripe API key for the sole purpose of verifying customer payment status. TruthWall will not store this key in plaintext and will use AES-256-GCM encryption. We will not use this key to access any data other than Customer emails and Charge/Subscription statuses. You retain the right to revoke this key via the Stripe dashboard at any time.

2. Testimonial Ownership

You own all testimonials collected through the TruthWall platform. You grant us a limited license to host and display these testimonials via the embeddable widget, the public business profile page, and the TruthWall API.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree not to manipulate, forge, or artificially generate HTTP requests to bypass TruthWall's verification engine. Any attempt to spoof Stripe customer data or bypass the OTP verification flow will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

TruthWall is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or reputation. Our maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.
