1. You Own Your Reputation

Your customers, your wins, your testimonials. You retain full ownership of all testimonials collected through TruthWall. We simply ask for a limited license to host and display them for you via our widgets and APIs so you can show them off to the world.

2. Read-Only Stripe Access

To verify purchases, we require a restricted, read-only Stripe API key. We never ask for full write access, and we securely encrypt your key. You maintain total control and can revoke this access directly from your Stripe dashboard at any moment.

3. Protecting Platform Integrity

The value of TruthWall lies in its authenticity. To protect the credibility of all businesses on our platform, we ask that you do not artificially generate data, bypass the verification engine, or forge reviews. Maintaining this standard ensures that a TruthWall badge always means something real.

4. Our Commitment to You

We strive to provide a flawless, continuous service. While TruthWall is provided "as is" and our financial liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the past 12 months, our ultimate goal is to exceed your expectations and reliably power your social proof day in and day out.
